Random Queues are player-vs-environment private instances which are balanced for either 5 or 10 characters. These queues are special as they can only be queued in a public queue. This means that, unlike other dungeons, there is no way to bypass the queue requirements.
Random Queues are one of the best sources for 
Rough Astral Diamonds. Additional can be earned from queues if you queue as the role listed in the Role Bonus section of the queue.
