Deflect is a Rating that determines a character's chance to deflect an incoming attack.

Value

The Deflect Total Percentage directly gives the chance to deflect incoming damage. The reduction in damage is determined by Deflect Severity.

For example, if a character has 50% Deflect, they have a 50% chance to reduce the damage of each incoming attack.
